The fastest way to reach us
Email support@derilaergo.com and include your order number if your question is about an existing order. We read every message ourselves and reply within one to two business days, Monday through Friday.
The three most common questions
Where is my order? Send us your order number and we will check its status and give you a tracking update. Orders are usually dispatched within one to two business days and delivered across the US within three to seven business days after that. If your confirmation email has gone missing, send your full name and the approximate order date instead and we will find it.
How do I get a refund? Email us with your order number and tell us you would like a refund under the 60 night guarantee. That is the whole process. We will confirm within one to two business days and send return instructions where a return is needed. Our Refund Policy covers timeframes and what is included in full.
Will this pillow suit me? This one we can genuinely help with. Tell us your usual sleeping position, roughly how firm your mattress is, and what you wake up with, and we will give you a straight answer even when that answer is that the Derila Ergo is probably not the right pillow for you.

Response times
We answer messages Monday through Friday and aim to reply within one to two business days. Messages sent over a weekend or a US public holiday are usually answered on the next working day. If you have written and not heard back within three business days, check your spam folder before assuming we ignored you, because automated filters are unfortunately good at catching replies from smaller senders.
What we cannot help with
We cannot give medical advice about neck pain, back pain or sleep disorders, and questions along those lines should go to a qualified healthcare professional, as explained on our Disclaimer page. We also cannot offer discount codes beyond the promotional pricing already shown on the site, and we cannot assist with items bought from unauthorised third party sellers, since there is no order record on our side to work from.
